TWO MORE DAYS - our annual Summer Bash is almost here! Join us this Thursday, 7/23, at 5:00 PM on the sports court for dessert vendors, carnival games, and fun. A ticket is required to receive a dessert. We will have 800 desserts available. Dessert tickets may be picked up in the leasing office on the following dates: - 7/21 from 2:00 PM-6:00 PM (UPDATE: Additional hour!) - 7/22 from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM - 7/23 from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM Each apartment may receive up to two tickets per person listed on the lease, while supplies last. Tickets must be picked up by a financially responsible leaseholder (18+) on behalf of everyone in the apartment. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and once all 800 tickets have been claimed, no additional tickets will be available. We hope to see you there!

We see you, and know life has a way of having real highs and at times, real lows. We are here for our residents’ whole well-being, which includes mental health. Whether you need someone to talk to or simply want guidance in managing life’s challenges, these resources are available to support you whenever needed. Through our Here for Support program, we have several partnerships with local counseling providers, and Kinstone will pay for up to four visits a year, with a $10 co-pay from the resident to the provider. All services are confidential. We are here for you, your best self, and your privacy. 🌈💛
