At Kinstone Columns Drive located in Marietta, GA, we believe a home is more than four walls. It's the people you do life with, the adventures you share, and the values you build together. That's why we're proud to be home to Cub Scout Pack 99 - a thriving Scouting America pack right here in Cobb County.
How it started
In 2022, a nonprofit partner, Mission 1:27, came to us with a question: would we want to start a cub scout pack for our community here in Marietta? For us, the answer was easy.
We said yes.
Pack 99 was officially chartered in 2024, and it has been thriving ever since. What started as a conversation about community became something real - a place where scouts develop confidence, learn new skills, and build connections that extend well beyond our property gates right here in Cobb County.
Adventure is right outside your door
Kinstone Columns Drive sits within the Chattahoochee National Forest, with several trail access points just minutes from our community. For a scouting program, that's not a coincidence - it's a perfect match. Our residents have direct access to some of the best hiking and camping opportunities in Cobb County, making Pack 99 a natural extension of the outdoor community we've built here.
Trail access
With direct access to apartments near the Cochran Shoals trail system, hiking, biking, and camping are part of everyday life at Kinstone Columns Drive - not just a weekend trip.
Pack events
Pack 99 hosts regular events both on and off the property - from campouts along the Chattahoochee to badge workshops and community service projects right here in Cobb County.
