There’s something special about a community that is cared for with intention. 🌸 We believe stewarding our community well means paying attention to the little things that make a place feel beautiful, welcoming, and cared for. That’s why we’re intentional about partnering with incredible landscapers who help us keep our grounds healthy, vibrant, and a place you are proud to call home. And sometimes, we get a sweet reminder that we’re not the only ones enjoying the view. 🦋

Just one of the little neighbors you might meet when you live this close to the trails! Our Kinstone community is surrounded by nature, and today we had the sweetest little visitor stop by. 🐇💛🍃
Four years ago, we were entrusted with the care of this community. This month, we’re celebrating so much more than an anniversary. We’ve watched neighbors become friends, welcomed hundreds of new residents home, celebrated birthdays, holidays, milestones, and countless ordinary moments that make a community feel like home. To everyone who has trusted us over the last four years - thank you. It has been an incredible privilege to serve you, and we can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds. Here’s to 4 years. 💚💙🤍 #HereForGood #Community
Life is better together. 💛 Here's everything happening around the community this August. We hope to see you there!
Kinstone Columns Drive loves the written word! Did you know we have a library in our Leasing Office and provide a book of the quarter for our residents to enjoy? You’re invited to swing by the office to grab your copy of Holes and to enjoy our community library! See you in the pages 📕
Game, set, community! 🏐 Nothing brings neighbors together like a little friendly competition. Thanks to everyone who came out and played hard!

Soaking up every bit of summer with the best residents around. ☀️🎉
This is what home looks like 💛
Every year, our Summer Bash reminds us why we love what we do. It’s not not the carnival games or the dunk tank or the dessert vendors - okay, maybe it’s a little bit the dessert vendors 🤭 - it’s the people. It’s neighbors becoming friends and a community choosing to show up for each other. Thank you all for making last night so memorable. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all again soon! 🌞 #ApartmentLiving #Summer #Community #Home
Soooo excited because there is only ONE MORE DAY until Summer Bash 2026! 😎☀️🎶
TWO MORE DAYS - our annual Summer Bash is almost here! Join us this Thursday, 7/23, at 5:00 PM on the sports court for dessert vendors, carnival games, and fun.
A ticket is required to receive a dessert. We will have 800 desserts available. Dessert tickets may be picked up in the leasing office on the following dates:
- 7/21 from 2:00 PM-6:00 PM (UPDATE: Additional hour!)
- 7/22 from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM
- 7/23 from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM
Each apartment may receive up to two tickets per person listed on the lease, while supplies last. Tickets must be picked up by a financially responsible leaseholder (18+) on behalf of everyone in the apartment. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and once all 800 tickets have been claimed, no additional tickets will be available.
We hope to see you there!
The countdown is on - THREE MORE DAYS until Summer Bash 2026! ☀️🍧🎪

Making a difference, one piece of litter at a time! A big shoutout to Columns Pack 99 Cub Scouts for helping keep our community clean and beautiful. We’re proud of these young leaders and their commitment to service! 💙 #ColumnsPack99
Stewardship is often in the unseen moments. The flower beds watered every morning. The pool strained of debris. The trash picked up from the sidewalk. It’s in the moments that are easily looked over or taken for granted. Here’s to those who work behind the scenes to make the scenes beautiful! The early mornings. The last-minute fixes. The quiet pride in a job done right.
Wellness is about taking care of every part of ourselves; body, mind, and spirit. That's what our Wellness Reset Night was all about with a relaxing yoga session, a creative outlet, and nutritious treats. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy this rejuvenating evening with us!
Summer is here, and we can't wait to enjoy it with you at Kinstone Columns! See you at an event soon!

School’s out for summer, and we can’t wait to see what this season has in store. Happy summer, Kinstone Columns Drive! 🌞🌺
One of our values here at Kinstone is feasting - slowing down and celebrating with one another. And right now, we have SO much to celebrate: the last week of school, graduation season, and the start of summer. Come celebrate with us at 3pm on Wednesday, 5/20, in the clubhouse. Popsicles will be available while supplies last. We’d love to celebrate with you! 🚌🎓🎉
We build the space and tend to the community - but it’s our residents who bring it to life. We couldn’t be more grateful for that 💛🌿 #community

Rainbows are a reminder that even after the hardest storms, something beautiful can still appear. At Kinstone, you are more than just a number. We see you, and know life has a way of having real highs and at times, real lows. We are here for our residents’ whole well-being, which includes mental health. Whether you need someone to talk to or simply want guidance in managing life’s challenges, these resources are available to support you whenever needed. Through our Here for Support program, we have several partnerships with local counseling providers, and Kinstone will pay for up to four visits a year, with a $10 co-pay from the resident to the provider. All services are confidential. We are here for you, your best self, and your privacy. 🌈💛
Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, mother figures, and women who love and lead with care. Today, we celebrate the strength, patience, and love you pour into others every day.
We also recognize that holidays like today can hold grief, reflection, or mixed emotions for many - and we’re holding space for that, too.
However you’re spending today, we hope it brings a little peace and a lot of love. 💐
How are you celebrating Mother’s Day this year? Let us know in the comments below!
